Good afternoon. My child's school uses canvas. I am signed up for notifications. BUT Whenever a grade is posted I get 1 email for "your assignment has been graded" and the link to login and the same minute another notification for "your assignment has bee graded" that now contains the grade. Why am I am I getting 2 emails EVERY SINGLE TIME a grade is posted?

Hi @KaseyGannon
Usually, when you see multiple notifications for the same item, you either have two emails associated with your account so it is sending to both.
It could also be cached information, so if this is coming from your app I would advise you to delete the app and reinstall it.
Also, go into "notifications" settings and make sure you have selected only what you want to be notified about and that you only have one email set up to receive notifications.
Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion. I do not use the app, only the desktop version. I checked the notifications and I only have 1 email address listed. What is strange is that they are the exact same message, except 1 message contains the actual grade and the other does not.
