I am using an android phone. I cannot attend the conference in BBB because when I am clicking the microphone button it's not working and it is always error. I can enter the conference but I can't use the microphone and I can't hear anything. When I am clicking the microphone something will pop saying " Failure on call (reason = ICE error) (error 1004). What should I do about it? Hoping for your response. Thank you
