Hi as noted here too, two years ago: Solved: Survey results keep indicating 'correct answers ar... - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com...
In graded surveys (eg. for true false), the system automatically assigns "true" as the correct answer and it doesn't give us the "green arrow" to modify it. So as a workaround we simply write in the comments "It is actually false" to avoid confusing the students.
This should be something fixable at the backend since for regular quizzes, there is no issue with it.

@tomas_kojar If there is supposed to be a correct answer, you would not want to use "Surveys". Surveys are not meant to have a correct answer(s), which is why you can't modify anything. The fact that they are graded is just a way to give completion points.
Curious why you are using the survey tool and not the quiz tool?

Hi @tomas_kojar,
@nwilson7 Is correct, you would not want to use surveys if you have the intention of using a question type with a correct answer. The graded option is for the ability to give points for a user completing the survey. If there are correct answers and the assessment is graded then you will want to use the graded quiz option.
