You've posted your question in the global Canvas Community website.  Unfortunately, most Community members wouldn't be able to help answer your question because we only have access to our own Canvas environments.  Your best option is to contact your instructor for your course, and he/she should be able to help you get started.  Often, instructors will post a "Welcome" or "Getting Started" announcement in the course for students, but of course, that will depend on your instructor.  You can contact your instructor by following the steps in this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌
