[ARCHIVED] Red Eye on Modules list

I imported content from another canvas course, but specific files listed in the Modules have a red eye icon with a slash. What does that red eye mean? And, why is it appearing?

The module links are pointing to files, and the icon indicates who has rights to see the file.  The red eye icon indicates that the file is only available to student who have the link (including the link from the module).  See https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-set-usage-rights-and-user-access-for-a-...
