[ARCHIVED] Statistics in Big Blue Button (Conferences)

Hi

Got some classes who are using the BBB, and been asked about getting statistic of the students who engaged in the conference.

We found a demo of it showing how to get the stats from it at https://canvas.sgul.ac.uk/courses/36/pages/how-do-i-view-and-download-attendance-statistics-report-i...

But when I checked the date on the vide it was 2018.

So wondering has this facility been removed since then?  If si anyone got an idea how to get the stats on the standard BBB that comes with Canvas?

@ian10 I don't believe those statistics are available through the UI to users of the free tier of BBB. You (or your school's named Canvas admin, if that isn't you) can ask your Customer Success Manager to contact BBB on your behalf to get relevant stats for your school.

Thanks for the quick response. I was leaning towards that it was available in the free tier.  I could ask the success manager but I think its going to be an ongoing request from the tutors for the stats, might have to consider other options.
