Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
Beginning sometime last week (Sept 20) many of our students can no longer access course files that were imported from another class. The teacher can access the the files in the new course but the students can only access the files if the teacher re-links it. Multiple teachers use the same "master class" to build modules and then they import into their actual courses with students. This process has always worked but broke last week. It's not isolated to a particular teacher or course. It's widespread. Any thoughts?
We have the same problem, it sounds widespread.. Hopefully they resolve it soon!
Are students experiencing this through the browser or in the mobile apps?
Both - We finally received confirmation that it's a known bug related to the 9/17/16 Production release. Canvas is working on an solution.
