I was logged in to my personal google a/c when I accepted my courses. Is there a way for me or admin to transfer my courses to my other canvas a/c?

A course invitation goes to the Canvas account which has been enrolled in the class.
Are these classes that on your school's Canvas server, or on the "Free for Teachers" Canvas server at https://canvas.instructure.com ?
