since today 17/03 trying to get into contact of support but there is no email anywhere to get to them, can you help?

I went into your school's account, and it appears that your role is no longer as the "Statistics - View” permission enabled. This permission gives you the ability to see statistics -- which included page views. If you believe that this is a mistake then I would reach out to your upper-tier admins and let them know that you no longer have the "Statistics - View" permission on your account role, as they can change those permissions. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Canvas has an update for user permissions a couple of days ago that messed with user permissions. It has since been fixed. Are you still experiencing the issue?
Hello there, i can still see no page view history on any user since 17/03, also cannot reach any support of any kind, we really need support or a least a guide to how to fix this please!
Can the administrator see deleted history? The answer to the second question is a resounding NO. Even when you delete your browsing history, your network administrator can still access it and see what sites you've been visiting and how long you spent on a specific webpage
Hello there! , it seems i wasnt clear about what i mean, i (admin acount) cannot see view pages (the registry under every user that shows what pages he saw and what quizzes he did), since 17/03, i dont perms to post image here, but i hope you get what i say
