After a default template is created and courses are loaded, how do you remove the template from a course?

We tried resetting the course however the template was included with the new course.  Any ideas?

Good evening, @sbocard ...

You would need to manually remove any template content pages from that course that you didn't want included in your course.  Earlier this month, I was participating in a conversation about this very topic (why does template content re-appear after resetting a course), and I wrote a short explanation of why this happens: Re: 2021-05-15: Courses—Course Templates - Instructure Community.  If you want, you can also participate in any of those conversations on that page.  I hope this will help a bit.
