Adding a course?

How do I add a course to my canvas account.

 @bhuff1 , greetings! It depends on whether your school allows faculty to create courses on their own. If they do, then on your Canvas Dashboard on the bottom right of your page, you'll see a button that says "Start a new Course." If you don't see this button, then you would want to contact the Canvas Admins at your school to see if they can help.

Hi  @bhuff1  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Many colleges restrict this permission for instructors, and especially those who populate courses and enrollments through an integration with the school's SIS.
