I recorded and saved my video. When i tried to add it, I could not find it. Where did it go? There was a message saying that there was an error in uploading it and the matter was referred to the engineer. Do I have to record , title and save it again to add to my files? Or will the engineer correct the problem? Will I be notified?

@john4173 , greetings! I'm not familiar with that error message. Your best bet is to contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
