I would like Teachers to be able to view the "Options" icon (three vertical dots on the right-hand side of the screen) in "People" so that they can do things like manage Sections for their courses and more quickly access students' Access Reports. I have updated Permissions from my admin account to give all those with the Teacher Role add/remove user permission, and I have confirmed that the Teacher Role also has the permission to create and edit Sections. The problem is, they can create sections but then cannot add students to them through People because the Options icon just does not appear.
How can I enable the Options icon for everyone in the Teacher role? Currently, I can see the Options icon when I am in my Admin account, but if I "act as user" for any Teacher, I do not see the Options icon.
