Anyone using Credo for Assessments?

Is anyone using Credo as an Assessment Management and Outcomes Reporting Tool? (I know they have a significant presence in content area, but we are specifically looking for assessments and reporting outcomes). We are looking at this product, and wondering about your experience regarding:

- Integration with Canvas

- Workflow

- Technical expertise in things like creating utilities for importing tests (they currently cannot import Canvas or Blackboard tests, but are offering to create the code to do so, for an additional cost).

- Responsiveness of their support

- Anything else you can think of
