Blue Print Sync History

Anyone have ideas about what causes exceptions in the sync history?

We got the answer from support. If the teacher touches the item in the course it will no longer sync because the teacher input overrides the blueprint. If we lock the item in blue print the teacher can't modify it but then the sync goes through.

Hi, Melissa,

Can you elaborate a little more on what type of changes you are making in a blueprint course and if you're expecting them to be part of the blueprint history?

The Blue print designer is trying to add a module but the sync history says 2 exceptions and it doesn't see to be pushing down to the course.
