Sub-Account Admin cannot edit user details

Hi everyone, 

I have given account admin status to a user within a sub-account of our instance. They can do everything as an admin within the sub-account except edit user login/add new user login. I need them to be able to set passwords for users in this subaccount. Any ideas?

Hi Marie,

I believe the reason they are not able to do this is because user accounts are all associated with the top level account of your Canvas instance and because they are admins at a #sub-account‌ level they will be unable to modify user logins.
