The Canvas Admin guide does not show that this pop-up has a "your email" field... I am a brand new admin taking over for my predecessor so I don't know if they manually added some function... either way -- I can't enter in my own email address when adding new users, it says "already in use" -- why is it doing that??
For my instance, that's the Username field.
I'm wondering if your predecessor had changed the field to display as "Your Email" for self-service account creation?
