Troubleshooting: Redirect_uri does not match client settings


On occasion, you may experience an error in Canvas Badges/Credentials. If you encounter the following error, it's likely your Canvas admin needs to create a developer key to connect to the specified Canvas Credentials server.

This issue typically applies to self-hosted instances of Canvas.


If creating a developer key does not resolve the issue, then our support team may need to update your integration settings with the new developer key and secret.

The developer key can be found at the root of your Canvas instance and may require admin access.
