Currently, the listings filters only allow filtering by Listing Creation Date. Is there a way to filter by course's start or end dates instead?
In our case, listings are created at various times, but we track revenue and enrollment by academic term/semester (which, I can specify using date ranges on course dates), not by when each listing was created. It seems odd that the Catalog doesn't include filtures based on actual course dates.
Without this option, we have to export all listings and their analytics to Excel, then manually filter out irrelevant data just to view metrics for a specific time frame (= term/semester) .
My department just started using Catalog from September 2025 and I am new to this system. So I might have missed this filter somewhere, so I appreciate any tips you may have and thanks!
