The checklist is based on the Instructure Success Model and covers various areas such as vision, planning, execution, and assessment. It provides actionable items to ensure success in implementing a Credentials Program. Institutions can download the checklist to assess their needs.

Our monthly newsletter is designed to keep you informed about our latest developments and offerings, so you can stay up-to-date with everything happening with Canvas Credentials.

We have a few things to share this month, and all have to do with the Instructure Community.

Dr. Marc Zaldivar, has been pushing forward the digital credentialing effort at Virginia Tech. Since 2012, the organization has been dabbling in the world of badges and moving towards a digital credentialing program. Their goal is to encourage learners of all levels to become more motivated along their education journey, entice faculty to maintain and learn new professional development skills, and have a ‘learning tracking system’ as a way to keep a record of all these activities over a 4 or more-year cycle.
