I have a few reports which connect to Canvas Redshift via ODBC through Excel. They have worked 100% until this morning. The query will run with no errors and the column titles will load however there is no data.
Is anybody else experiencing this?
All of our redshift instances are managed independently of one another. So it's very rare that one redshift is going to cause problems with the other. Can you shoot us over a support email at: firstname.lastname@example.org ? We can take a look at it from there.
