Account level calendar (and sub-account level calendar)

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas

Account level and sub-account level calendar use cases:

1. Holiday dates
2. Open days
3. Special events
4. Competitions

All users within that account or sub-account would see these calendar events.

It would be really nice for admins to be able to post events at an institutional level that would post in each user's calendar. Events such as First day of class, last day to withdraw, Professional Development Day, Holidays, etc.

Appreciate having this in Beta to test with!

One request: would repeating events or copying them to future dates be possible?  Helps with populating the academic calendar every term/year.

Liking this new feature so far, but it would be really nice to be able to import an existing calendar from PDF, Excel, etc. instead of having to add each event to the calendar manually through the regular Canvas interface.
