Several times we have had teachers who changed their due dates then realized they made an error and wanted to go back to earlier due dates. However, there isn't a place besides the beta or the test instance for them to find those dates.
It would be helpful if we could see the historical data on due dates somewhere. Even an Assignment "History" that shows earlier changes. This way we could also see if they had changed it multiple times for a student.
