[Classic Quizzes] Moderate quiz - time - "finished in about 1 hour"

Problem statement:

When viewing the Time column in "Moderate quiz", it shows wide range of time with "finished in about 1 hour". I use the information to determine the time limit for my quizzes. The only way to see the actual number is to open each submission. This is very time consuming.

Proposed solution:

Please the actual time it took to submit the quiz. You can keep the number in minutes. No need to convert to hours and minutes. Just do not replace a huge time range with "finished in about 1 hour".
