[Commons] Folder and Sub-Folders

Problem statement:

I would like to be able to create a folder within a folder to organize SLCC Canvas Commons.

Proposed solution:

I would like to be able to create a folder within a folder to organize SLCC Canvas Commons. If I could create a folder within a folder, I could have multiple main folders with associated subfolders.
