[Course Settings] Automatic enabling of a subaccout default grading scheme is not obvious in the course

Problem statement:

When using a default subaccount grading scheme it is automatically applied to all courses created within that subaccount, but it is not obviously clear that scheme has been applied within the course itself (does not show in course settings that there is a grading scheme applied at all). There is no way to tell if the default grading scheme is actually applied until a grade for an assignment is entered into the gradebook and the total grade calculated reflects the appropriate grade (using default subaccount grading scheme).

Proposed solution:

I propose that when the default subaccount grading scheme is automatically applied to a course, it is reflected in the course settings in course details under "Grading Scheme." Somehow it needs to show there is a grading scheme applied to the course as teachers will be confused that it doesn't show this information. Normally, if a scheme is applied, the box next to "Enagle course grading scheme" is checked and the drop-down menu shows what grading scheme is enabled, but currently, if using the default subaccount grading scheme feature, it leaves this area unchecked and the drop-down shows "Private (Copyrighted)." Teachers, TAs, admins, etc. have no clue there is a grading scheme enabled and will think they need to manually select one or create one despite there being a default subaccount scheme being applied. Please make it obvious that the default subaccount grading scheme is applied and in use to avoid confusion.
