Faculty are required sometimes to send the Office of Instruction examples of Quizzes, Assignments, Discussions, and or Lecture Items so that the Dean of Instruction can evaluate their material. Instead of add the user as an observer, we need the option to download each file type as a viewable file that can be sent in a zip file to the office of instruction. Example: Next to the item in assignments, click the three elipisis dotes in the drop-down menu click to download. that way they can save it in a folder and send it forward if they need to. : )
