[Discussions] Change "Group discussion" button to "Group Discussion" to be consistent with other buttons

Problem statement:

The interface for group discussions was recently updated. When a Teacher/TA navigates to a discussion board, the Groups button is now in a new location and the button was updated. It now says "Group discussion". The other buttons in the interface capitalize the first letter of the other words so this button looks out of place. I noticed this after a related ticket (12233561) was closed and I checked production to confirm the update was pushed. I replied with the feedback that the new button was inconsistent with the rest of the interface and was told it was functioning as intended. Since this would be considered a user interface bug, I should submit it as an idea.

Proposed solution:

Update the button to say "Group Discussion" (to be consistent with the rest of the interface) or "Groups" (since the drop down includes a list of groups)
