[Discussions] Randomize replies to discussion prompt

Replies to the discussion prompt should be randomized.

Discussions are more rich when more people are involved, and this can be facilitated if each page refresh randomizes the order of replies to the discussion prompt. Too often students only read the first few replies, and the discussions in my class thus become top-heavy.

I would like the Discussions page to randomize the replies to the initial prompt each time the page is refreshed. Replies to replies do not need to be randomized.

Love this idea. Then students may respond to peers who submitted later!

This is a great idea. It would help the issue of constantly scrolling down the discussion pages every time there is a new posting.
