Do not allow students to sign up in past appointments in  Scheduler.

The ability of students to sign up in the Scheduler for past dates has caused several students to believe they are signing up for a current appointment. The fact that it is listed as "Available" with a day of the week makes them believe they are signing up for a future appointment this week. It is an easy mistake to make since, computers being what they are, this seems obvious that past appointments are not actually "available." They should show "past" or have an alert that this appointment occurs in the past, at the very least.

It's OK. Seems they fixed it as a bug anyway

Unfortunately this is broken again. If your institution is affected, consider opening a support case referencing Issue CNVS-35537.

The past-appointments issue has been fixed completely.  Students can no longer reserve or un-reserve appointments in the past or Reschedule from a past timeslot to a future timeslot to get around limits was fixed (requires New Scheduler) in the 2017-08-05 release.
