[Blueprint Courses] Easy way to link to hidden courses

Problem statement:

We have specific "pages" that need to be included in all courses, such as technology resources. However, using Blueprint pages poses a challenge because syncing the updates the first time can disrupt the course settings and the home page.page.

Proposed solution:

I would like to propose a method for creating a universal page that does not require blueprints or a way to sync to a "hidden" course that does not appear on students' dashboards. This would allow information that needs to be shared with all students to be easily accessible without the need to blueprint it or create a new course that shows up on their dashboards.
