[Global Navigation] Reduce # of Clicks in Navigation bar

Problem statement:

Situation: Administrator belongs to only one account and selects "Admin" in the vertical navigation bar. The Administrator is presented with "All Accounts" and his/her account. This is an extra click every time an Administrator needs to access their account.

Proposed solution:

If an Administrator only belongs to one account, this page is skipped and the Administrator is taken directly to his/her account.
