Problem statement:

When in speed grader, you can only move to the next student in the column. If I need to grade multiple assignments from the same student I should be able to keep scrolling through their assignments instead of having to go back to gradebook each time.

Proposed solution:

Allow multiple grading for the same student in speed grader.
