[Modules] Automatic Creation by Number

Problem statement:

Some teachers would like to be able to create modules automatically. This would save them having to click to create modules at the beginning of the semester.

Proposed solution:

Under "Modules" there should be an option to automatically create modules based on a number. If this is selected, a certain number of empty modules will be created automatically maybe just titled "Module 1", "Module 2" or "🟦Topic A", "🟩Topic B" . This would save work at the beginning of the semester for instructors who want to use this option.
