[New Analytics] Histogram - Download chart and/or CSV/XLSX

Problem statement:

New Analytics: for individual Canvas Assignments, Canvas generates histograms, but Canvas doesn't offer a way to download the histogram or its CSV (only, clicking on individual bars offers the ability to download data for that bar - this is ridiculous).

Proposed solution:

Allow the instructor to download the histogram and its CSV (or XLSX)!
