[New Quizzes] Clarify Message - Accommodations for ‘all assessments’

Problem statement:

New Quizzes Accommodations show “all course assessments” despite only applying to New Quizzes

Proposed solution:

The ability to apply accommodations across numerous assessments with a single update is a fantastic enhancement. However, the current application of this in New Quizzes creates additional uncertainty. When an accommodation is set up in a new quiz the message “These settings will be applied to all course assessments for this student.” is shared. This does not accurately reflect the application of this accommodation. In this case “course assessments” only means New Quizzes. The change does not apply to classic quizzes, discussions or assignments which are regularly referred to as assessments. We recommend that the notification message be updated to “These settings will be applied to all course new quizzes for this student.”
