The designer role does not allow designers to create, build, edit new quizzes. Designers should be able to create new quizzes in the same manner they are able to create classic quizzes. They should have permission to all content creation tools versus all but one.
The solution is to add a permission we can turn on/off for editing quizzes. Or, just permit them to do this since they can do it with classic quizzes. The why is because if we are being forced to eventually move to new quizzes, our designers will need this ability to help faculty transfer their information. Plus, if they can build classic quizzes, they should be able to build new quizzes. Also, if a faculty member can use a designer for everything except a new quiz, but they want the features that are in a new quiz versus a classic quiz, the designers should be able to build them.
