[New Quizzes] Import Multiple Pieces of Content Into Canvas Quizzes and Item Banks

Problem statement:

After using the Import Content option once in a Canvas New Quiz (under the three dots when Building), the option is not selectable to import additional material into the quiz. The same occurs when using Item Banks. It would be nice to be able to import additional content into the quiz, especially when pulling from multiple QTI files.

Proposed solution:

It would be nice to be able to import additional content into the quiz, adding to the material that already exists in the Quiz/Bank, especially when pulling from multiple QTI files.
