[Reports] Create an Admin Report Query Builder

Problem statement:

In addition to providing Canvas admins with canned reports, please provide us with a report builder in the GUI so we can query the specific information and report with the fields needed. For instance, the Last User Access report is nice to determine which accounts can be suspended, but it only includes the User ID and SIS ID fields, not the Login ID field, so we cannot run a SIS file from it to suspend accounts. A second report has to be run to get the user Login ID and then Excel is used to combine the two.

Proposed solution:

On the Admin > Settings > Reports tab, provide the canned reports and offer an additional option to query our Canvas Data to produce and export custom reports to Excel.
