[Reports] Rename Include Deleted Objects

Problem statement:

Enrollments for a concluded term, even if those enrollments still look active in the class, are marked as concluded on Canvas. When an admin runs a query on enrollments against a concluded term, they get partial or incorrect results. The expectation is that all non-deleted enrollments should be readily available within that report. Unfortunately, one has to know to select the "Include Deleted Objects" checkbox to get all enrollments (active, concluded, and deleted). Having to select that checkbox is an odd design choice, not user friendly. and can trip many administrators.

Proposed solution:

Either one these options might work: 1) The checkbox selector "Include Deleted Objects" should be renamed something to the effect of "Include Deleted and Concluded Objects" or 2) The report should provide results for all non-deleted objects (active and concluded) when the "Include Deleted Objects" checkbox is not selected.
