[SpeedGrader] audio/video player

Problem statement:

I teach music and students submit assignments that have multiple files, including audio/video and PDF components. Therefore the media submission option does not work for these assignments and I use the File Upload function. When grading in SpeedGrader, there is no way to view the audio/video except to download the files to my computer and play them.

Proposed solution:

Implement an in-browser player that can play audio and video files uploaded by students in an assignment, so teachers can grade without downloading any files. This is an ideal solution because students get easily confused by using alternate solutions (like Kaltura or Youtube embeds). It's simplest to just ask students to upload the files in Canvas. Compare with Blackboard (see screenshot).
