Canvas Branded Global Menu not Loading

Hi, Colleagues.

I've opened a help ticket with our local support staff here at our college, but I wanted to see if any of you experienced this issue before. The college-branded global course menu is no longer loading for me. Instead, I see the generic Canvas global menu as shown in the image linked below.

Good evening, @andrew_sheppard ...

When logged in to Canvas, click on your "Account" button on the left-hand global navigation menu.  Then, select "Settings".  Scroll all the way to the bottom, and under the "Feature Options" heading, look for a setting called "High Contrast UI".  Do you have that toggled on?  If so, toggle it off, and you should then see your school theme and logo return.  Another way to do this is by following the instructions here:

Our local college help staff resolved this issue; although I'm not quite sure how they did so.
