Canvas Integration and Office 365

I'm looking for what people who have integrated Office 365 only into their instances of Canvas. What are some strengths and weaknesses of doing this and would it be recommended to add the G Suite into the instance of our instance? We are a mixed environment shop (Office 365 for students and the Enterprise equivalent for the faculty and staff).
