Looking for a innovative solution to the following scenario in a single course with 5 co-instructors...
Create an online-submission assignment with rubric enabled.
Each of the 5 teachers view the submitted assignment and grade via the rubric.
Assignment averages teacher input to produce final grade.
Can this be done in assignments? Groups? Peer Review?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

wjames, something very like what you've described ("Moderated Grading") will be implemented in the December 19 Production Release. For details, please refer to Canvas Production Release Notes (2015-12-19) .
