Changing Full/Display/Sort Name on Parent Account

I am trying to find a way to updated my name on my parent Canvas account.  It does not seem to allow editing.  Does anyone know how I can get this updated.

Hi @7495jones - If your account was created for you by the school or district, I encourage you to reach out to you local Canvas Administrator for help making that change. You could either submit a help ticket or call them directly. How do I get help with Canvas as an observer?

I created the parent account myself.  The school contacted me this morning and told me it wasn't displaying my full name and for me to add it to the parent account.
