Observer help

I just created a canvas account a couple of weeks ago.  My first time making an account.  Im a parent observer.  Then got my pairing code from my son.  I added him to my account that im observing, no problem there.  The problem I have is that it shows nothing current on my son.  But does show courses for 2018 and 2019, which I didnt even know was getting imputed from his former teachers.  So now I cannot see his current teachers.  I tried and got him to generate another code, but that didnt work.  Help please,  his school doesnt know how to fix this problem.

Since school is underway, have you seen anything different? Sometimes courses don't appear for Observers until the term/semester is active. Do you notice anything different if you use the Canvas Parent app instead of the web browser?

We can do some troubleshooting, but since the Canvas Community isn't connected with your school, there are some things that we won't be able to see. They're always able to send an official support ticket to Canvas for assistance if needed. We'll see what we can accomplish before we take that step!
