Parent App data not syncing??

Hi All! I'm trying to get the Parent App to work. I've paired the observer and the student. But the Parent App is showing that the learner has not submitted ANY work, when the learner has submitted a lot of work. Logging on from the browser shows the right data, but the app is not caught up.

What is the fix?!

Hello @AtSea 

If the work is showing online, it is probably your version of the app. Check to make sure it is up to date and you can also try clearing the cache  as it resolves most intermittent issues with loading content:

In Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the three dots 
Click settings and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. I suggest at least 4 weeks 
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
