Can an Observer/Parent see their child's log in times/dates, page views, participation, etc for each course they are enrolled? How can I monitor my child's activity in each course without physically watching their screen?

Hi - There is currently not a tool or feature built into Canvas that allows observers to have access to this information. However, I think you could sit down with your student and have them show you their History page as part of an "end of day" check-in.
How do I view my recent page view history in Canvas as a student?
You could pair this with the features in Canvas Parent that summarize the items that required participation or submission during the day. The week-at-a-glance is great for that. I also like the custom alerts you can set, based on what your family needs.

If there's a very specific window of time (day/time) you need the more granular data, you could always reach out to your district IT department for a special request.
