Is it possible to create a assignment progress report which indicates assignment, due date, submission status.? I would prefer this me email/sms on a weekly basis?

I hope you had a successful 2020-2021 school year and that Canvas helped you and your students.
If you're still wondering about the automatic progress report, that is not something that Canvas currently offers. However, there's an awesome weekly view (with submission statuses) within the Canvas Parent App. You can check-in when you want to and set custom alerts by child.
