I have a family where both parents have observer account for their student. However when one signs in it knocks the other user off. Is this usual and is their something I can advise these parents to do to be more successful in accessing their student’s account?
Hi @Anonymous - I don't think that should happen! If they each have their own account, the user's activity is independent of the other's. If they're sharing an account, I know I've been signed-in through multiple devices before and not had an issue. Are they working in the browser or the Canvas Parent app?
